At SPATZO, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order details must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items, if applicable
  • Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging, if relevant

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges in all cases. If you need a replacement, please contact us and we will guide you based on product availability.

Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
